1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the b33k online betting and casino platform ("Platform" or "Site") and its user ("you" or "user"). This agreement takes effect the first time you visit the site or open an account.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. b33k generally processes withdrawals within 1 hour. However, in some cases additional time may be needed due to identity verification or anti-fraud review.

Withdrawal requests can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit, and only to the mobile number registered on the account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Currency

b33k supports Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) only. Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

5. Welcome Bonus & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).

No winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. b33k reserves the right to change or withdraw the terms of any promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to take advantage of bonuses in a coordinated manner will result in the closure of the relevant accounts and forfeiture of bonuses.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet is considered final only when it has been successfully confirmed in the b33k system. Incomplete bets due to technical errors or loss of connection will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or live dealer method. b33k is committed to ensuring fair play. No user or staff member can alter results.

6.3 Malfunctioning Games

Any winnings displayed or earned unintentionally due to a software error will be considered void. If such an error is detected, b33k may temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b33k platform:

• Operating or managing an account on behalf of or in the name of a minor.
• Fraudulent activity, match-fixing, or attempting to hack the system.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated bots or software.
• Using coordinated or group-based fraudulent betting strategies against b33k.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, b33k may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

8. Responsible Gaming
